Good Things Pass

What the title said.The holidays are almost over and there`s not much time before I go into P6 and enter in War with the dreaded PSLE.We`ve gotta unlearn and relearn in P6, but there`s not so much that`s new in P6 except the PSLE exams.
By the way, this blog would contain all my thoughts.I don`t really care if it hurts anyone (not much anyway) and I won`t hold back...much! As you know, some stuff are too scandalous and nasty for TV.Don`t worry because you won`t see that here.

Bored

The hoildays have begun and as usual I`ve been using the computer everyday.How nice.
But I still have to do work (assessment books, leave me alone!) so I`m stuck in play-and-work.Just like a normal school day.Next year`s PSLE and I`m gonna die.Seriously.I`ll be lucky to get 2 A*`s and 2 A`s.
Oh and I`m 15 kyu which is the average rank of a normal adult.

First day of holidays

I was playing [weiqi/go] on KGS (www.gokgs.com) with nyc4ever on a 19X19 board.I WON!First victory on 19X19 (I just started) !Guess the school Weiqi/Go CCA is useful after all.
Stats: Black:nyc4ever    White:me     Komi:6.5     Handicap: 0     Result: White win by 172.5 points.
The game lasted for 45 minutes.Good thing I won.For those of you who are wondering I`m at 28.5 kyu right now.(average rank)

Holidays (at last)

SCHOOL`S OVER!!!
Maybe I`m not that happy but holidays have more perks.Got 2nd in class and 3rd in Position.There were 2 2nd`s in my class so there was no 3rd (Sri was 3rd!) so it was tough luck.If he creates a Facebook account believe me I`ll talk trash.

TIME TO PARTY!

YES!Got back my results and it was more than satisfying:2nd in class,3rd in level!I rock~
All my enemies got bad results except for the one that beat me.But...I rock~
Ok never mind.Percentage is 85.5 (i think) and total is 344.5.I rock~
I`ll be able to go for prize-giving again.I rock~
Never mind, I said "I rock~" one too many times.Oops...said it again...

Yawn...

It`s been too long since my last post.I`ve been really busy but I`ve finally managed to get all my work off.So, I`ll be able to post normally again!Unless I have no inspiration with me.

This day has finally arrived!I`m too tired to think!
I`m glad today is a Saturday though.You just need a break after working like a madman for 1 whole week!Just because the exams are over doesn`t mean I`m free!

Busy

Even with the exams over , I still have to rush a lot.Guess that`s life, huh?

YAY!

I`ve finally set my facebook to Greek.Storytime continues but not today.
YES!  86/100 for science and highest in my class!(but quite low compared to others)There might be errors in the marks, the Science paper has not been checked.I`m hoping for more marks.
68.5/90 for Chinese is horrible.But it`s my weakest subject so forgive me.I know my tot. mark for the year but I won`t say it, let`s just say it`s a good "A".
My English got an "A" too!
ANYBODY WHO TELLS OTHERS OF MY MARKS IN HGP WILL SUFFER  REGRET IT.
And I`m serious.

The coin toss

When you toss a coin there are 2 possiblities :Heads or tails.
Even If you toss the coin 99 times heads, the is still an even chance that it might fall heads!Poor fish-fillet was decieved by a puny coin!

Truth V Liar answer

Since the guards are commanded to say the truth/lie every time, you can trick them with this cunning question.Grab a guard and ask ,"If I asked you what the other guard would say if I asked him if the door was safe, would you say yes?"
Its like "1X-1=-1"!The question cleverly combines both guards answers.Whichever guard and door you choose, the answer will always be the opposite of the truth!

Answers to the Hades V Jackass Question

Ok, for the Box of Delight:
You must sell the box for less than the original price.(So you cannot "sell" it for 0 dollars)So a person who buys it for 1 cent would be cursed.So nobody would buy the box for 1 cent.But that means nobody could sell it if they bought it for 2 cents!So if nobody would buy it for 2 cents then the person who bought it for 3 cents would be cursed!
It`s a repeating pattern and nobody should buy it at any price!You need to think about the really long run before you get the answer.

Math

I might be good at Math but today`s paper was a killer...tomorrow is Chinese, my weakest subject!No time to type, got to go...

Today is boring or what?I wasted time on revision and I still have lots of hours to spend...

  Oh the paper was so funny.There was a man named Charlie Chicken!!!But I`ll still tell a story; get over it.Guess it`ll be a habit.
  "Nice cooking, Mario.Do you have some more?"Nugget said, yawning.
  "Sorry,but you and Fish-Fillet ate up everything in the shop."Luigi replied.
  "Come on Nugget; time to go home.What`s the bill,Luigi?"Fish-Fillet said.
  "I`m not the boss, ask Mario.Anyways you guys are near bankruptcy.Who`ll pay?If you can`t pay you`ll be our servant you know.Don`t trash the place like you did last time."Nugget looked sheepish as he explained that he and Fish-Fillet have a way to sort things out."We toss a coin, he said.But first,I gotta go."
  In the toilet, Nugget tossed the coin 9 times."Half the time you get heads, half the time you get tails,so 10 tosses would have 5 heads and 5 tails!"And indeed, he threw 5 tails and 4 heads.

I think I`ll fail my Oral.Terrible......LC was not any better.
I`ve been chatting with E and wasting all my time that 1 might think we`re gossiping!

I have not started too much revision...but I`m an angel compared to my classmates!

I don`t know if I have flu or if I am alergic for I kept sneezing today.
I have`nt finished my homework and I got selected to do the Malay pledge for flag-rasing.
What the hell.Seriously how am I gonna do that?I`m dead.

EXAM

Examinations are arriving and there is`nt much time for revision.I don`t even know if I have enough time for posting or not.I`m just lucky I cam post today and I`ll try to improve my blog posts when I can use the computer...if I can use the computer.
The speakers for flag raising in HGP is terrible.Keeps lagging, stopping and even changing songs mid-way.I never knew flag-raising is so difficult......
My buddy from Australia is coming next week!I`m SO excited.

Finally

At last!Time to myself.I`ve waited 5 days!!!
Today I`m free so I can type and blog all I want.
Face it, holidays are excuses to do more work.Monday brings supplementary and Tuesday to Thursday was activity filled.No time in the day or night.

A boring day

The title says it all.Luckily I`ve prepared a mind map for the holiday homework.(Credits to my cousin in Malaysia!)
I am able to use the computer today and I`m thankful for that.

Days have been really busy and flag-raising is having more and more problems as the P6 prefects slowly fade away......
For the holidays...yawn.Seriously,who cares?Just 1 week and you don`t get to rest.It`s just work everyday.

On Thursday we went to the Youth Olympic Games(YOG) for table tennis.It was South Korea VS China; China won by a landslide.Too bad I did`nt have time to watch the Closing ceremony on TV......

Tuesday was terrible.Our Chinese lesson could`nt be worse.Why so much work?I am human, too!

Things were in a mad rush.However, we found out about our trip to the Science centre! =)

My posts will be on Saturday, as mentioned yesterday.However, I am able to find time every once in a while.
Today was terrible.The amount of work is tremendous.Flag raising was not any better.Of all flags I had to do the School Flag...well...got to get used to it.The flag almost got stuck on the ropes!
